Siviglia Could Miss Genoa Tie
Lazio boss Delio Rossi fears he will have to make do without defender Sebastiano Siviglia for the home game with the Rossoblù.

Sebastiano Siviglia, Lazio's 35-year-old defender, has sat out two training sessions this week, and the Aquile medical staff are concerned he will have to face a spell on the sidelines.
An ankle twinge ruled him out of the first post-Derby meeting at Formello on Tuesday, but he also pulled up yesterday morning with a left thigh muscular problem.
He is expected to undergo further tests today at the Paideia medical facility, but newspaper Il Tempo claims that coach Delio Rossi, the former Foggia and Atalanta tactician, is already in the process of finding a valid replacement in central defence.
It is alleged that Siviglia’s problem might be more serious than first thought and the only viable option is French youngster Mobido Diakhité.
The 21-year-old was signed from Pescara this summer and has yet to be handed his debut, hence fielding the inexperienced centre-back against El Principe Diego Milito might be a big risk.
Another alternative could be Emilson Sanchez Cribari, but the Brazilian has apparently fallen out with the club and the coach in recent weeks. He has started just three games so far and is likely to head for the exit door in January.
