He has a contract with the Istanbul outfit that runs until 2011, but it is unlikely that the talented 25-year-old will stay at his current employers after numerous clubs have expressed interest in his signature.
Other then Lazio, Torino have also shown interest, but Delgado is not just a wanted man in Serie A, with the likes of Schalke, Espanyol, Barcelona, Hamburg and Arsenal all keen on capturing the player. This will certainly make life difficult for the Biancocelesti, with so much competition for the player's services, yet no official offers have been reported.
Lazio have had luck with numerous Argentinian players in the past, with Sebastian Veron and Diego Simeone doing well at the capital club, as well as current Lazio phenomenon, Mauro Zarate.
