The Biancocelesti played host to Napoli on the weekend, and were defeated at the Olimpico for the first time this season. 1-0 was the final result, and an own goal on the hour mark by Siviglia gave the visitors all three points.

Following the completion of the match, Pasquale Foggia and Stefano Mauri had some harsh words for the referees that took charge of the contest, and as a result, the pair have both been suspended for two rounds of football.

The Lazio duo will miss their side’s trip to Verona to face Chievo tomorrow night, as well as their match against the high flying Sicilians, Catania, on the weekend.

The other suspensions to emerge from the round just completed include: Juric (Genoa), Vucinic (Roma), Tiribocchi, Fabiano and Ariatti (Lecce), Blasi (Napoli), Cirillo (Reggina), Cossu (Cagliari), Curci (Siena) and Jankulovski (Milan), all of whom will miss just the one match.
