Stendardo To Bologna Or Chievo?
Defender Guglielmo Stendardo seems destined to leave Lazio before the transfer window closes, but his destination remains a mystery...

Guglielmo Stendardo is reportedly looking for a way out of the capital after a falling out with coach Delio Rossi forced him to move on loan to Juventus last December. A permanent move to the Bianconeri of Juve failed to materialise, though, with the player then expected to complete a move to one of Italy's other Bianconeri.
Reportedly, Lazio recently proposed a swap deal to Udinese involving midfielder Giampiero Pinzi and the Lazio defender, only for that deal to fall through as well. The 27-year-old former Perugia player seemed to have a foot in the Friuli club's door, but this has all changed and Udinese don't seem interested in the Italian defender any longer.
This failed transfer, then, has left the door open for Bologna and Chievo, who are both said to be hot on the heels of the experienced defender. However, any move will need to be completed soon, as the transfer window will be closed shortly. January, then, would be the next opportunity to force through a deal.
