The former Brazil international believes his former team-mate will have the 10 times European Cup winners playing a brand of football to match their bitter rivals before too long
Former Real Madrid full-back Cicinho believes it won't be long before Zinedine Zidane's side are rivalling Barcelona as the most watchable team on the planet.
The Catalans are widely considered to have assembled the most formidable forward line in the history of the sport with Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez each at the peak of their powers and combining to devastating effect.
But Cicinho, who played for Real Madrid alongside Zidane, believes the Frenchman will soon have the 10 times European Cup winners playing an equally attractive brand of football.
He told Goal: "Zidane is the perfect coach for Real Madrid. No matter if they concede two or three goals they will probably score more.

"Zidane is a calm and professional guy. He will tell his players what the coach wants from them on the pitch."
After leaving Real Madrid in 2007, the Brazil international signed for Roma and he believes the Serie A side will take significant heart from their recent four-game winning streak under new manager Luciano Spalletti.
"Roma and Real Madrid are two great sides and this will be a very evenly contested game. It will be nice to watch for all football fans," he added.
"Real Madrid are the favourites though. They have a better team and Roma are going through a difficult time, but it is true that they're playing well again recently. Their coach will talk to them to ensure they are defensively strong at all times."
