Agent: Lyon must sell Cissokho to make room for N'Sakala

The France Under-21 international will not be lining up for Remi Garde's side this season unless a club meets Les Gones' €11 million valuation of their current left-back

Fabrice N'Sakala's agent has confirmed that the Troyes defender's proposed move to Lyon is dependent upon Aly Cissokho leaving Stade Gerland.

Both Juventus and Napoli are said to be keen on signing Cissokho but Les Gones are demanding €11 million for the left-back, a figure which neither Italian outfit appear remotely interested in meeting.

Consequently, N'Sakala's representative, David Wantier, is pessimistic about his client's chances of securing a switch to Lyon before the close of the transfer window.

"Right now he is preparing for the new season with Troyes and this club are his priority," the agent told Goal.com. "He is not thinking about his possible departure.

"It would be premature to talk about [the offers from elsewhere]. He will be a Troyes player next season."

When pressed on whether N'Sakala could yet leave for Lyon if Remi Garde's side manage to offload Cissokho before August 31, Wantier replied: "Yes, that's it, but that [deal] is far from being done.

"So, there are too many things to consider; too many external factors for Fabrice's move to happen."

N'Sakala, who has been capped by France at Under-21 level, came through the youth team ranks at Troyes.
