The Cote d'Ivoire star's agency have made it clear that the attacker will not leave Shanghai Shenhua, who he joined just a week ago, for the Catalan powerhouse

The agency representing Didier Drogba have insisted that the attacker will not join Barcelona ahead of the 2012-13 campaign.
The former Chelsea striker recently signed a contract with Shanghai Shenhua, but reports from Spain suggested that a clause in his contract would allow him to leave the club for Barcelona, and alleged the Drogba would travel to Catalunya on Tuesday to open talks.
However, the player's representatives, The Sports PR Company, haven't wasted any time in dismissing the rumours.
"It's certain. He will not sign for Barcelona. What kind of clause would that be? Do you really think that Shanghai would accept a clause where he could leave for free?," stated a spokesperson to Goal.com.
Rather than travelling to Barcelona, Drogba is currently enjoying a brief holiday in Miami after featuring in a charity match with Lionel Messi and will travel to Shanghai shortly.
