Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo is already looking ahead to next Wednesday's Bundesliga showdown with Borussia Dortmund, stating his side will give everything against their rivals for the league title.
The Bavarian giants currently sit three points behind Jurgen Klopp's men, who are at the summit of the division. But before the table-top clash, Jupp Heynckes' side must first face Augsburg at home this weekend.
Gustavo will miss Saturday's encounter through suspension after picking up one too many yellow cards, yet the Brazilian is raring to go against the reigning champions next week.
"I'm fired up for every game. Unfortunately I'm suspended against Augsburg but I'm back against Dortmund and we will give everything," he told Goal.com.
With the season now entering its final phase, Bayern are in action twice a week for the remainder of the month, but the former Hoffenheim man is relishing the extra fixtures.
"It's a great feeling! We play Augsburg on Saturday and we must not underestimate them. But, we also want the three points and we are all motivated. We have a good chance of having a very successful season," he added.
Bayern defeated Olympique de Marseille 2-0 on Tuesday (4-0 on aggregate), meaning the German giants will now contest a Champions League semi-final versus Real Madrid. And Gustavo was full of praise for his team-mates.
"I'm happy for the whole team. We are on track and have a lot of confidence. We want to savour every game for the rest of the season," he concluded.
