The former Udinese hit-man has spent most of the season on the bench, making the odd appearance as a substitute in Claudio Ranieri's side.
Juve are through to the next round of the Champions League and they could be paired with some strong teams. If the Italians finish first in Group H and Chelsea finish second in Group A, then there is a good chance the two could meet in the last 16.
Iaquinta knows Europe will be difficult but he wants to play the Blues from London in particular.
"All the teams are strong, especially in the later stages of the Champions League," Iaquinta told Sky Sport Italia.
"However, I would like to play Chelsea to be honest. They are a great team and are doing very well this season.
"The season is tough but we have to continue on the right track as we are doing at the moment."
The Bianconeri have been enjoying a good season so far after the early slip ups. They are second in Serie A, six points behind league leaders Inter and a good run in Europe is also expected at Vinovo.
