The Italo-Argentine midfielder was surprisingly included in the squad to face Greece having only just returned from being a month out injured.
He is likely to start off from the bench. Alessandro Del Piero who was snubbed, even though he has been on fire, is not likely to be too pleased when he hears this latest news.
"Camoranesi will always play for Italy even if he doesn't play for Juve," said Lippi.
"I don't really care if he stays out for the Bianconeri, there will always be a place for him in my team.
"De Rossi? If I left him out he would beat me up."
Del Piero is likely to be annoyed. He has been snubbed for the fourth time in a row by Lippi even though many feel he deserves his place in La Nazionale.
The Italian is at Vinovo preparing for Saturday night's showdown clash with Inter with the rest of the players who were not called up for international duty.
