The Bianconeri have been struggling badly over the last two weeks with three back to back draws, dropping six valuable points in the process.

Reports have suggested there is a crisis at Vinovo between the coach and some members of the team. Alessandro Del Piero has also had a bust-up with Claudio Ranieri and there is a bad atmosphere in Turin.

Italian international Buffon believes the players need to focus on the game against Palermo on Sunday first and then the team will hold a meeting to try and iron out the creases.

"We need to get back to winning ways sooner rather than later," Buffon told Tuttosport.

"The points against Palermo are important, we need to win first and then we will all get together and speak about the things that are affecting us at the moment."

No-one really knows what is going on at Vinovo but the Old Lady is desperate for points against an in form Rosanero side. Anything less than a win could see Ranieri being ousted. Buffon is likely to make his return from injury against the Sicilians.
