League leaders Velez Sarsfield remain on course for the title after coming from behind to draw 2-2 with Racing Club at the Jose Amalfitani stadium on Saturday.
Racing went two goals to the good courtesy of strikes from Claudio Yacob and Ruben Ramirez, but Velez picked up a late draw with goals from Sebastian Dominguez and Victor Zapata.
Having rescued a point, the side from Liniers maintain their lead at the top and are in a good position to claim their first title since 2005.
Colon de Santa Fe boosted their chances of winning what would be a first-ever championship, after beating San Martin de Tucuman 2-0 with two second-half goals from veteran striker Esteban Fuertes.
