QPR boss Harry Redknapp is willing to let goalkeeper Julio Cesar leave the club on a free transfer in January.
The Brazil international moved to Loftus Road in August 2012 but has fallen out of favour at the club this season, with Robert Green Redknapp’s preferred no.1.
And, with the World Cup on the horizon at the end of the season, the 66-year-old admits he is ready to let Cesar join another side in order to play first-team football.
"We wouldn't stand in Julio's way and we aren't asking a fee for him," Redknapp is quoted as saying by the Fulham Chronicle.
"He needs to play and he could play anywhere for any team. He's just been unlucky. Rob's been fantastic and I can't take him out of the team.
"However, Julio's a great guy and he needs to play soon, so he can play in the World Cup."
Cesar could only make the bench during Brazil’s recent 5-0 win over Honduras, with coach Luiz Scolari opting instead to play Victor.
