Dorival Junior hails Chelsea star Ramires as his 'biggest find'
The Brazilian club's coach has expressed pride over having kick-started the midfielder's football career in his homeland prior to his move to Europe
Flamengo coach Dorival Junior has described spotting Chelsea midfielder Ramires as the "biggest find" of his career.
The 50-year old revealed that during his time as Cruzeiro boss, the Brazilian giants were prepared to let Ramires return to his first club Joinville.

“Ramires was to be released, loaned or returned to Joinville. It was the biggest find of my career, by immediacy,” he told SporTV.
“I was coming from Sao Caetano and asked for Emerson Avila [then-interim coach] to make two teams.
"Ramires was on the second team. With 15 minutes of training, I called Ivan [Izzo, his assistant] and said: 'That 'boy' will change the team.'
“But the coach not the player learns, only gives the player the opportunity to appear. We had the good fortune to observe Ramires and fortunately it worked."
