Moura will join Paris Saint-Germain in January and has been quick to welcome his new team-mate to the club.
"Ganso is now at Sao Paulo, and I'm sure he can't wait to play," the attacking midfielder told reporters at a press conference.
"I am always at peace with the way life is, and will try as always to make the environment as happy as I can. I am very happy to help him fit in with the others."
Both players have worked together in the past, having represented Brazil at various age levels and most recently in the London 2012 Olympic Games over the summer.
