Ronaldinho picked ahead of Ganso for Brazil against Bosnia & Herzegovina - report

Mano Menezes has opted for the former Barcelona and AC Milan attacker ahead of Santos' playmaker who has come under criticism in recent months for his performances
Brazil coach Mano Menezes will start with Ronaldinho ahead of Ganso for the Selecao's match against with Bosnia and Herzegovina in Switzerland, according to Lance.

The young Santos playmaker has come under scrutiny due to the rise to prominence of fellow prodigy Neymar.

With Ganso's progression stalling through a series of injuries and inconsistent form, Menezes has opted to leave him out of the side.

Ganso has not made an appearance for the national team since picking up an injury on international duty in the friendly with Ghana in September 2011.

Reports in the Brazilian media suggest Ganso will be left out of the starting line-up as Ronaldinho is selected, despite doubts over his impact at Flamengo.

The real beneficiary is Hernanes of Lazio however, who is likely to occupy the playmaker role behind a front-three of Ronaldinho, Neymar and Leandro Damiao.
