The 19-year-old has been in impressive form so far this season, and has made inroads into Mano Menezes' Brazil squad, winning 10 caps for his nation to date.
Yet, despite a string of eye-catching performances winning him admirers across the Atlantic, Moura insists his sole priority is to do well with Sao Paulo.
"I'm very happy that big European clubs are interested in me, as it shows I've been doing my job well. But I'm still very young and I've got a lot to learn.
"Right now, my mind is fully focused on Sao Paulo. I want to win titles here, write my page in the club's history and only then will I think about a move abroad," Moura stated.
Sao Paulo currently sit six points behind league leaders Corinthians in the Brasileiro table, but Moura is still hopeful that his side can finish in first position.
"Sao Paulo are strong and very focused on what we have to do. We really want to win the title," he said.
Looking to the future, Moura finished by revealing that he aims to keep his place in the national team until the 2014 World Cup.
"I've got lots of competitions to play in with my club first. Every player has to do their best in every competition to be in with a chance of playing in the World Cup."
