The Spanish champions have refused to increase their undisclosed offer, which would ensure that Neymar kept 100 per cent of his image rights.
Madrid could now be in the driving seat for the forward and are believed to have offered a deal which includes more money, yet they are insisting on keeping 50% of Neymar's image rights.
Officially, Santos have denied receiving any bids for their star player who has a release clause in his contract for €45 million.
