Ronaldo enjoys a joke for Corinthians as the football continues to bring a smile to his face
Ronaldo might be enjoying a good spell of  good form with Corinthians at the moment but the Brazilian admitted today that he could retire in 2010.

The former Real Madrid striker had been out of football for around a year before he started playing again in Brazilian, and he seems to have found his touch again.

Four goals in five matches have seen him grab headlines across the world with some pundits and fans calling for him to be selected for the national team again.

At the age of 32 that seems unlikely though and he said today that he is going to have a think about his career at the end of this current season.

"The only thing that is certain is that one day we will die. I am going to see out my contract, think about it at the end of the year, and decide; play one more season, or end my career," he mused.

"Right now I am enjoying the moment, playing well, and scoring goals. That is marvelous. The end is arriving though and I have to make a decision."

The player himself might be considering his future but the feeling in Brazil is that he will continue for another year, mainly to give himself a chance to get into the national team again.

Dunga has already said that if Ronaldo can be as good as he was in Europe, then the spot is there, but for now the world waits.
