Flamengo Star Gets Violent After Prostitute Refuses Sex
According to Brazilian police, two prostitutes accused Flamengo striker Marcinho of violent conduct at a party on Wednesday night...
Marcinho, who is a key member of current Brazilian league-leaders Flamengo, was accused of the crime at a private party that was thrown to celebrate the impressive season the side are having so far.
Reports state that Marcinho got violent after one of the prostitutes refused to have sex with him because he didn't want to wear a condom.
Things got especially ugly when the prostitute repeatedly told the player that she wouldn't have sexual intercourse with him if he didn't use protection. It was at this moment the 23-year-old reportedly lost control.
Earlier in the night Flamengo fought out a 1-1 draw with Atletico Mineiro, a result that maintains them in first place of the Brazilian standings.
Flamengo goalkeeper Bruno decided to throw a party at his country house that is situated in the outskirts of Belo Horizonte. A few of his team-mates and several prostitutes attended the party.
According to local authorities, both prostitutes appeared at the police station with large bruises on their arms. They are likely to take action in the following days.
Marcinho, who also fought with team-mates who tried to calm him down, has already been in trouble with the law this month. Police are investigating claims that he ran over a person in a Rio de Janeiro favela.
Whether it be Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, or emerging stars from the local competition, Brazilian footballers continue to be involved in dangerous scandals with prostitutes.
