The 19-year-old forward burst into the limelight when he excelled at the London Olympics, scoring five goals in four matches before Senegal were defeated in the quarter-finals to eventual winners Mexico.
His performances earned him Goal.com's World Player of the Week award in July and a move abroad, and the Israeli outfit were quick to thank the player for his contributions.
"We thank Moussa for his services and wish him to continue his good form from the Olympics," a statement on the club's official read.
Krasnodar currently sit in 10th place in the Russian Premier League, having accumulated six points from five games.
