Deschamps: Germany are unpredictable

The former Olympique de Marseille coach realises that his France side are in for a tough task as they prepare to take on Joachim Low's troops on Wednesday

France coach Didier Deschamps has voiced his admiration for Germany ahead of Wednesday's international friendly and, stressing that they are a difficult opponent because of their ability to vary between different playing styles.

The 44-year-old has closely studied the Euro 2012 semi-finalists in anticipation of this week's encounter, and believes les Bleus are in for a tough task.

"You can no longer predict how they will play. I have watched their last six games in order to prepare for Wednesday's match. They can employ so many different styles and variations," he was quoted as saying by SID.

"Germany have made the semi-finals at the Euros and the World Cup on four occasions in recent years. It's an incredible performance to make it among the best four time and time again in my opinion.

"And they still have plenty of room for improvement with their young team. For me, players are internationally ready when they have made 50 international appearances or so."

Wednesday's match is scheduled to kick off at 21:00CET.
