The right-back comes in for injured Marcos Rojo as the Conmebol leaders look to maintain their place at the top, while the home team make several changes in search of victory
Campagnaro enters on the right hand side of defence for Marcos Rojo, who was taken off injured during a 3-0 home drubbing of the Celeste. Pablo Zabaleta, who played on the opposite flank on Friday, therefore switches to the left of a four-man backline as coach Alejandro Sabella sticks with the same 4-3-3 system as in Mendoza.
Elsewhere, the starting XI is identical. Ezequiel Garay and Federico Fernandez continue at the back after shutting out Uruguay's attacking efforts, while the forward trident of Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain and Sergio Aguero is also left intact as the Argentines look for a win in the Estadio Nacional.
For the hosts, Arturo Vidal and Pablo Contreras both miss out as their expulsions during a 3-1 reverse to Ecuador mean the pair are suspended for Argentina's visit. Mark Gonzalez enters the midfield, as does Sevilla star Gary Medel who completed his own suspension in the previous fixture and is now available for selection.
Chile (4-4-2): Miguel Pinto; Isla, Marco Gonzalez, Jara, Beausejour; Diaz, Medel, Mark Gonzalez, Fernandez; Alexis, Sebastian Pinto.
Argentina (4-3-3): Romero; Campagnaro, Garay, Fernandez, Zabaleta; Gago, Mascherano, Di Maria; Messi, Higuain, Aguero.
