The head coach had claimed he would step down following back-to-back defeats in the Turkish top division, but has changed his mind according to vice-president Abdullah Kigili
The former player at the Turkish side had stood down due to mounting pressure on his position following back-to-back defeats to Galatasaray then Karabukspor.
However, club chief Abdullah Kigili has revealed that there will be no change in who is in charge of the squad at Fenerbahce, and that the current form will be remedied by January signings.
"We had a meeting with Kocaman after Karabukspor game and he decided to continue his job at that meeting," he told NTV Spor on Wednesday.
"The press were just trying to create a chaos environment. We will add two or three players to our squad based on Aykut Kocaman's report on the latest situation.
"He will probably hold a press conference when it's time."
