Feyenoord poised to sign Heerenveen's Daryl Janmaat - report

The 22-year-old is out of contract in the summer and could be set to move back to his former club after joining the Abe Lenstra Stadion club in 2008
Feyenoord are set to sign Heerenveen right-back Daryl Janmaat on a free transfer in the summer, according to Algemeen Dagblad.

Janmaat came through the ranks at the Rotterdam club, but did not make the first team, moving to ADO Den Haag for a season, before making the switch to the Abe Lenstra Stadion in 2008.

The 22-year-old's contract expires at the end of the season, and is ready to join Ronald Koeman's side, along with Roda JC's Ruud Vormer and NEC's John Goossens, who will also move to De Kuip in the summer.

Janmaat has featured in 19 Heerenveen games this season, scoring two goals in the process, as Heerenveen sit fifth in the Eredivisie table, just three points behind reigning champions Ajax.
