Official: Ajax Sign Free Agent Ronald Graafland
Eredivisie giants Ajax have completed the transfer of shot-stopper Ronald Graafland on a free transfer.

Ajax were in the market for an extra goalkeeper because of the injury to back-up goalie Kenneth Vermeer. The latter will be unavailable for an estimated six months due to a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Graafland came through the ranks of the Feyenoord youth academy and also wore the jerseys of Excelsior and Vitesse in the past. He had been looking for a new club ever since he was released by the Arnhem side this summer.
The custodian is Ajax's fifth signing of this summer after the previous arrivals of Mounir el Hamdaoui, Mido, Andre Ooijer and Teemu Tainio.
