Former Netherlands international Giovanni Van Bronckhorst is taking his time to settle into his new role as assistant coach of the Dutch junior national team.

The former Oranje captain says he is still getting accustomed to being called coach.

"The boys now call me coach," Van Bronckhorst told OnsOranje. "It's obviously quite new for me as a coach on the field to assist with this internship, as I can find out how things work.

"I have always been a player, and it will take time to get acclimatised to being a coach," the former Barcelona and Feyenoord player said.
