Bert Van Marwijk Announces Holland Squad For Italy And Paraguay Friendlies

The Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk has announced his 23-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Italy in Pescare on November 14 and against Paraguay in Heerenveen four days later.

Bayern Munich midfielder Mark van Bommel was recalled to the Netherlands squad for the friendlies after having missed the last four matches through injury.

Ibrahim Afellay, Nigel de Jong, Robin van Persie, Arjen Robben and Gregory van der Wiel also return after sitting out last month's goalless draw against Australia in Sydney.
