Celtic winger James Forrest will be fit to face Juventus in the first leg of the Hoops’ Champions League last-16 tie.
The 21-year-old had been suffering from a hamstring niggle that kept him out of the league leader’s 3-1 Scottish Premier League win over second-placed Inverness CT on Saturday.
But manager Neil Lennon has now confirmed that Forrest will be available for selection for the Celtic Park clash on Tuesday.
"Forrest is fine," Lennon told Sky Sports. “He has had the two scans and he came through all clear so he will be in the squad."
First-choice goalkeeper Fraser Forster returned to first-team action in the Caledonian Stadium clash in more positive news ahead of the visit of Juventus.
