thumbnail Hello,

Leathered! Pep, Gotze and Ribery don German trousers for beer ad

Last season's treble-winning squad put on some traditional garb as part of a shoot for a brand of lager, as the new coach's transition to Bavarian life took a colourful turn

Pep Guardiola appears to be adjusting to life in Germany all-too comfortably, if a new beer advert is anything to go by.

The Bayern Munich boss donned a pair of lederhosen along with the rest of the squad as part of a photo shoot for a brand of lager, with the likes of Franck Ribery, Bastian Schweinsteiger and even new signings Mario Gotze and Thiago Alcantara all taking part.

The Bavarians sported the traditional German garb for both a series of pictures and a video advert, which shows them enjoying tall glasses of beer in a true Oktoberfest style.

Even though the drink itself was non-alcoholic, Bayern certainly deserve something of a celebration after beginning their Bundesliga title defence with back-to-back wins over Borussia Monchengladbach and Eintracht Frankfurt.
