A classic keeper's goal in the 95th minute...

Deportivo La Coruna's Dani Aranzubia etched his name in La Liga folklore with a classic keeper's goal to secure a 1-1 draw at Almeria yesterday.

Almeria had taken the lead with an excellent curling effort from Pablo Piatti on 48 minutes and with seconds remaining Aranzubia marched upfield for a late corner.

The Depor number one produced an excellent leap and header in the 95th minute to secure the point and predictably went a little mental with his team-mates.

According to the statisticians, Aranzubia is the first keeper in Spanish top flight history to score a headed goal. An excellent record.
