VIDEO: Brilliant Individual Goals You Won't Have Seen: Marcos Flores (Adelaide United), Paddy McCourt (Celtic) & Douglas (Gremio)

From Australia to Scotland and finally Brazil, individual crackers were the order of the day on Saturday.

Saturday was a day for some beautiful individual goals during the host of matches across the globe following the international break.

The likes of Scott Parker (West Ham-Chelsea) and Julian Schuster (Freiburg-Stuttgart) may have hit excellent long range crackers but it is worth highlighting some excellent solo efforts.

First up was Marcos Flores for Adelaide United in their 2-1 home win over Newcastle Jets in the A-League. The 24-year-old Argentine drove past four defenders and hit a beauty past the keeper into the corner.

In a similar vein, Paddy McCourt claimed Celtic's third in the 90th minute of a comprehensive 3-0 home win over Hearts. The tricky winger cut in from the left past two defenders and produced a cute finish over the keeper.

Not to be outdone, Douglas scored a beautiful winner for Gremio at Corinthians producing a "Golzao" - driving in from the right and hitting a rocket into the top left hand corner.

Top goals of the week coming tomorrow - Flores, McCourt and Douglas will surely be among the contenders.
