Looking at the goalscorer market, unsurprisingly Liverpool's players dominate the favourite list to score first and net any time. With Brendan Rodgers' men having scored 96 goals in their 36 matches so far in the league, the likes of Suarez and Sturridge have been on fire this season.
The Uruguayan is priced at a short 3/1 (4.00) to net first. Sturridge comes in just behind his strike partner, with Paddy Power pricing him at 7/2 (4.50) to open the scoring. With the Reds currently trailing City on goal difference, Rodgers will be hoping his two strikers can score early and score as many as possible.
With Suarez priced at 8/13 (1.62) and Sturridge at 4/5 (1.80) to score any time, it's tough to back these prices despite the 50 combined league goals this season.
Looking elsewhere in the Liverpool team, both Steven Gerrard and Raheem Sterling have contributed plenty of goals this campaign. Gerrard 7/1 (8.00) and Sterling 8/1 (9.00) do seem to offer better value for the Reds, but it's worth looking at the home side to find a bet that really stands out.
Despite winning their last five away games, Liverpool haven't been solid in defence, conceding six goals in their last three games on the road. With this in mind, you can expect a confident Crystal Palace side to find the net tonight. Tony Pulis' men will play an attacking game, with Palace already safe from relegation.
A shining light for them in the last few weeks has been Jason Puncheon. The attacking midfielder was signed from Southampton after a successful loan spell and has scored some important goals in the last few months.
The 27 year-old has netted four goals in his last six matches, including a brace against Cardiff and a goal against Everton. Puncheon currently sits at the top of the Crystal Palace scoring charts, with Paddy Power pricing him at 12/1 (13.00) to open the scoring. Whilst this price may be worth a small investment, the 7/2 (4.50) price on him to score any time is too good to ignore in a game which is bound to be very open with Liverpool chasing goals.
