Rene Meulensteen's side soaked up huge amounts of pressure against the reigning champions but it looked like their efforts would yield no points until a late Darren Bent goal gave them a valuable share of the spoils.
Liverpool will also be on a high, though, after a stunning performance against Arsenal that has seen them cement a place in the top four.
The Reds have enjoyed playing against Fulham in recent years, winning the last three, scoring 11 and conceding only once.
Brendan Rodgers' side are unbeaten in their last eight matches, winning six of those games scoring goals for fun. With Liverpool netting five against Arsenal at the weekend and scoring four against Everton the week before, it's of little surprise to see William Hill price them at 4/9 (1.44) to beat Fulham again.
Despite the positive result against United, Fulham still haven't won in their last six matches and sit at the bottom of the Premier League. Time is running out for Meulensteen, who, despite taking over only a few months ago, is under a huge amount of pressure. William Hill price them at 6/1 (7.00) to win. The same firm price the draw at 10/3 (4.33).
With Liverpool pushing for the Champions League places, they will see this match as a must-win game. The outright price of the Reds winning is too short to touch, but backing them to be winning at half-time and full-time at 10/11 (1.91) looks like a great option.
In Liverpool's last eight wins in the Premier League this bet would have paid out in seven of those games. With Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez in sensational form at the moment, expect them to continue their fine run against Fulham.
