Valencia's prolific scoring record but defensive frailties should mean both teams get on the scoresheet this evening according to Phil Kitromilides
The 2-1 loss at their local rivals saw Los Che slip to 11th in the table and manager Miroslav Dukic desperately needs a win this evening and on Sunday in La Liga to steady the ship.
Paddy Power price the Spanish side at 5/2 (3.50) while Swansea who have been relatively solid recently in terms of not losing, can be backed at 11/10 (2.10).
There is however a regular bet with Valencia, that has paid out with pleasing consistency this season and should so do again this evening.
Both teams to score is offered at 8/11 (1.73) and the statistics more than back up this selection.
Valencia have scored in 27 of their last 28 competitive fixtures, but they do concede with alarming regularity, managing just one clean sheet in their last nine games.
Swansea for their part are in decent scoring form and managed to net three times at Mestalla when the two sides met earlier in the competition.
Though the price is not huge, it should conceivably be even smaller, and it could make for a shrewd bet on its own or as part of a multiple.
