Anderlecht-PSG Betting Preview: Expect the French side to win and keep a clean sheet

With Laurent Blanc's men having cruised to victory in their two European matches so far, our tipster is backing them to continue their fine form in Brussels
Top face bottom in Group C, as the French champions Paris Saint-Germain travel to Belgium on Wednesday evening to face Anderlecht in the Champions League.

Laurent Blanc's side have had a fantastic start to the season and, with two wins from two in Europe, it will be a tough task for Anderlecht, who are yet to score or claim a point in the tournament thus far.

PSG come into this match unbeaten. Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Co. have been firing on all cylinders as they sit on top of the Ligue 1 table after 10 matches, two points ahead of their nearest rivals Monaco.

They have also been impressive in the Champions League, beating Olympiakos 4-1 away, before cruising past Benfica at home 3-0. William Hill unsurprisingly price them as favourites for this clash at 1/2 (1.50).

Anderlecht have struggled to find any sort of form over the last few weeks, being beaten five times in their last nine matches. Despite winning the Pro League last term, John van den Brom's side currently sit in fifth position after 11 rounds.

What has also been a concern for the Belgian Champions is their form in Europe, as they have failed to score a single goal in their two matches so far, being beaten convincingly on both occasions. William Hill price them at 11/2 (6.50) to cause an upset. The same firm prices the draw at 16/5 (4.20).

With PSG far too short to back, it's worth looking elsewhere for value. A bet that has paid out in four of their last five matches is Blanc's side to win to nil. The price of 29/20 (2.45) with William Hill seems to offer fantastic value. When you also consider this would have landed in both of Anderlecht's Champions League games, it's tough to ignore.
