A-League new boys Western Sydney Wanderers make the long trip to Western Australia on Thursday to face last year’s Grand Final runners-up Perth Glory, who sit just below them in fifth place in the table.It has been a tough few weeks for Glory, who were recently stripped of their chance to play in next season’s Asian Champions League.
However, Ian Ferguson’s men have flourished under adversity, putting together back-to-back wins for the first time this season, and they are now 9/10 (1.90) favourites with Bet365 to make it three on the spin with victory in this match.Tony Popovic’s men will be high on confidence themselves after a three-match winning streak of their own, and will fancy their chances after previously becoming the only away side so far this term to pick up all three points at the NIB Stadium.

In fact, a single goal has been scored in exactly half of each of these teams’ league games this season, so it seems likely that we will see no more than one when the two of them come up against each other.
With this in mind, odds of 2/1 (3.00) seem rather inviting on under 1.5 goals being scored here, and could well be worth a flutter at that price.
