Leicester City - Nottingham Forest Betting Preview: Expect goals at both ends in Saturday's East Midlands derby

Both teams were involved in 0-0 draws in midweek but Al Hain-Cole expects the rivals' attacking talent to return to goalscoring ways at the King Power Stadium
There is more than bragging rights at stake when Leicester City and Nottingham Forest go head-to-head in the East Midlands derby on Saturday afternoon, as both sides have promotion on their minds.Foreign investment means that the rivals are now two of the wealthiest teams in the Championship, so the pressure is on managers Nigel Pearson and Sean O’Driscoll to compete at the top of the table.
The Foxes’ 100 per cent record at the King Power Stadium was brought to an abrupt end by leaders Crystal Palace in their last home game, but they are favourites at 17/20 (1.85) with Bet365 to pick up their first win in three matches here.Forest have only lost once on the road this Championship season, but are a long shot at 16/5 (4.20) to come away from enemy territory with all three points in this one.
The last two league meetings between these two sides have ended in a draw, and you can get odds of 5/2 (3.50) on another stalemate taking place this time.
Coincidentally, both teams played out goalless draws in midweek, as Leicester failed to hit the back of the net for the first time this season on a trip to Bolton and Forest surprisingly drew a blank at home to Middlesbrough.
That result was a dramatic break in form for O’Driscoll’s men, who had served up 18 goals at either end in their four previous matches, and have only failed to score in three of their 15 league games this season. Both sets of players will surely be hungry for goals after those results, and with so much attacking talent on display, backing both teams to score at 4/6 (1.67) looks like the best bet here.
With three goals in his last four games, Forest’s Billy Sharp is starting to replicate some of the lethal form that helped Southampton to clinch promotion towards the end of last season, and the on-loan Saints forward offers fantastic value at 5/2 (3.50) to score anytime on Saturday.
