thumbnail Hello,

Chris Hughton's men come into this match still looking for their first league win of the season but Willie Duncan expects Arsene Wenger's side to prolong the agony on Saturday

After suffering heavy defeats at the hands of Liverpool and Chelsea in recent weeks, Norwich City will be hoping for a reversal in fortunes when they welcome Arsenal to Carrow Road on Saturday evening.

Chris Hughton’s men are still looking for their first league victory of the new campaign and the Canaries are chalked up at 11/2 (6.50) with Paddy Power to pick up three points this weekend.

The Gunners, by contrast, have lost just one of their opening seven Premier League matches, although Arsene Wenger will feel that his side should have collected a few more points by this stage of the season, having seen them held on three occasions.

Arsenal are warm favourites at 8/15 (1.53) with Paddy Power to collect all three points from the trip to Carrow Road while the same firm go 3/1 (4.0) that the match ends in stalemate.

Having drawn a blank in their first two Premier League matches, Arsenal have scored an impressive 24 goals in their last eight matches in all competitions and will certainly feel confident of finding the net against Chris Hughton’s men.

Norwich have shipped 17 goals in the league thus far while Hughton, too, will be acutely aware of the need for his side to add to their dismal tally of just five league goals scored so far this term.

With that in mind, Paddy Power’s 9/5 (2.80) quote for Arsenal to win to nil looks worthy of consideration here while the Irish bookmaker offers 11/8 (2.38) for the Gunners (-1) in the handicap market is sure to attract plenty of support.

It should be noted, though, that the Gunners have failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their last seven matches and, subsequently, the 4/7 (1.57) from Paddy Power for three or more goals to be scored will likely be on many punters’ radar.

Arsenal's in-form Ivorian forward Gervinho has netted five goals in eight appearances for Arsenal so far this term.

Paddy Power make the former Lille man a 5/1 (6.0) shot to score first and he looks to be outstanding value to net the opener against the struggling Canaries this weekend.
