Premier League Treble: Stoke set to frustrate the champions plus wins for Arsenal and Chelsea

Premier League Treble: Stoke set to frustrate the champions plus wins for Arsenal and Chelsea

Latest Barcelona-Real Madrid Betting Preview: Why backing Ronaldo to score offers serious value Previous

There are some big Premier League games kicking off at 3pm on Saturday, and Al Hain-Cole has picked out three of them for a treble that pays 8/1

Arsenal
VS
Southampton
Kick off: Saturday 15:00 BST
Tip: Arsenal to win at 4/11 (1.36) with Bet365

You have to feel a little bit sorry for Southampton. Glorious defeats to both Manchester clubs and an uncharacteristically meek home loss to Wigan have left the Premier League new boys rooted cruelly to the bottom of the table.

To make matters worse, they now face an Arsenal side who seem to have added the art of defending to their impressive repertoire.

With three consecutive clean sheets, and fresh from picking up their first win of the season at Liverpool, the Gunners seem a certainty to compound the Saints' misery and collect all three points at Emirates Stadium on Saturday, available at odds of 4/11 (1.36) with Bet365.

QPR
VS
Chelsea
Kick-off: Saturday at 15:00BST
Tip: Chelsea to win at 5/6 (1.83) with Bet365

They may be close geographically, but the gap in quality between West London rivals QPR and Chelsea is looking fairly cavernous at the moment.

While Tony Fernandes got his cheque book out over the summer in an effort to make The Hoops look like a competitive Premier League side, he cannot compete with the riches of Roman Abramovich, who is intent on making the Blues fit their billing as European champions.

Torres, Hazard and the rest of Roberto Di Matteo's men have hit the ground running this season with three wins in three, and their position at the top of the table means that they are 18 places above their winless opponents.

Having been humiliated 5-0 by Swansea in their last home game, the hosts will be fearful of a similar scoreline against the side who beat them 6-1 in their last meeting. With Chelsea fired up after their embarrassing Super Cup defeat to Atletico Madrid, they should have no trouble in reminding their neighbours who is boss in this part of town, with the odds at 5/6 (1.83) on an away win.

Stoke City
VS
Manchester City
Kick off: Saturday at 15:00 BST
Tip: Draw at 13/5 (3.60) with Bet365

The last time Manchester City managed a win at the Britannia Stadium, the teams were languishing in the third tier of English football and the name Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan meant little to most City fans.

Despite their riches, Roberto Mancini’s men have had to content themselves with a solitary point on each of their last three visits to Staffordshire, coming away with a 1-1 scoreline on each occasion.

Tony Pulis’s men have drawn nine of their last 13 Premier League games, including all three games so far this season, and would be more than happy to pick up their customary point against the champions on Saturday.

It seems likely that the visitors will have to make do with a share of the spoils again, and the draw is certainly worth backing at odds of 13/5 (3.60).
