Norwich City - Ajax Betting Preview: Back the Dutch side to taste victory on Tuesday

Norwich City will continue their pre-season preparations when they welcome Ajax to Carrow Road on Tuesday night.Chris Hughton's men were victorious against Celtic in Glasgow last Tuesday and they are chalked up as a 21/10 (3.10) chance with Bet365 to celebrate a second successive victory when they face the Dutch giants.
Frank de Boer's side, though, have been in impressive form and followed up on a 4-0 crushing of Celtic at Amsterdam ArenA with a 1-0 win over English Premier League new boys Southampton at St Mary's Stadium, and are rated here as even money (2.0) favourites with Bet365 to see off the Canaries. The same firm are offering 12/5 (3.40) for the match to end level.
The home side are available at 11/1 (12.0) with Bet365 to secure a 1-0 win against their illustrious Dutch opponents while the Canaries can be backed at a massive 18/1 (19.0) with the same firm to triumph by two goals to nil here.Ajax, though, will represent a tough test for Hughton's side having secured their 31st Eredivisie title last season.

The Dutch club have been lethal in front of goal in their previous pre-season outings, scoring 26 goals in just six matches, but equally as impressive has been the defensive discipline displayed by De Boer's outfit. Ajax have conceded just twice in those six outings and should they keep another clean sheet at Carrow Road, the 11/10 (2.10) for fewer than three goals to be scored could well be worthy of support at an attractive price.
The Eredivisie champions have enjoyed a fine pre-season and the even money (2.0) quote from Bet365 for an Ajax win looks too good to be missed here and should be backed accordingly.
