Spanish football expert Phil Kitromilides returns with three more potential money-winning selections, including there to be at least three goals at La Rosaleda

Malaga v Valencia: Over 2.5 goals 4/6 (1.67)

On paper, potentially, this is the match of the weekend, as Valencia travel to a Malaga team who have in recent weeks threatened to break Los Che's monopoly on third place in the table. Just three points separate the sides, and a victory for the Andalusians would see them take a major step towards qualification for the Champions League.

Malaga's problems this season have been at the back, with only the three sides currently in the relegation zone having conceded more goals than them at home. With five out of Valencia's last six away games all seeing three goals or more and Malaga averaging 2.85 goals a game, over 2.5 goals looks a nailed out selection.

Real Betis v Atletico Madrid: Both teams to score 4/6 (1.67)

With Atleti able to look forward to a Europa League final next month, Diego Simeone will fancy claiming a place in the Champions League to round off a memorable second half of the season. To do so however, the team from the capital must realistically win all their remaining matches and hope that other results go their way.

Although unlikely, it is not impossible, and the passionate Argentine coach will have his players ready for this match even if they have traditionally struggled in La Liga after midweek European games. Only three teams in the division have conceded more home goals than Betis, although the Andalusians have scored in each one of their last 14 home matches in all competitions. There should be goals at both ends.


Levante v Granada: Levante to win 5/6 (1.83) Paddy Power

Granada look like surviving their first season back in the top flight for three decades, primarily due to the truly awful campaigns endured by the four teams below them in the table. Although the newly-promoted men have picked up four victories on the travels, no one has lost more away games than then in the division.

Levante's season is guaranteed to be the greatest one in the club's history even if they lose all their remaining fixtures, yet with the real possibility of European football to be claimed, expect the side from Valencia to continue their stunning form at home and notch a tenth home win of the season.
