Newcastle United are definitely the surprise package of the Premier League so far. After returning to the top flight, fans and pundits alike may have expected them to consolidate their position of 12th place. Instead, Alan Pardew has led his side on an unbeaten run stretching 11 games and the Magpies are a dizzying third in the table.

His club now face a tough run of fixtures as they take on both the Manchester giants and Chelsea in their next three games. William Hill are offering a market specifically based on when their unbeaten run will end so let's dig a little deeper into the chances of that happening.

Although they have ground out results at times this season, they still look a good deal off their best but United have a great record against Newcastle in recent times, winning six out of the last nine matches. A price of 10/3 could look like value if Manchester City don't end their run at the Etihad Stadium this weekend.
 
Chelsea (Home) @ 14/1
 
The games don't get much easier for Alan Pardew as his side then take on Chelsea, who have been a little inconsistent under new manager Andre Villas-Boas.

Home advantage will help the hosts in this one, they have showed their ability to cope with big games already after draws with Arsenal and Spurs at St James' Park a.k.a the Sports Direct Arena. With Chelsea looking far from solid defensively, the Magpies may fancy their chances of getting at least a point from the Blues.
