The Dutch coach acknowledged that his strategy for the first two games did not bear fruit and confirmed that new tactics will be implemented for the match against the Seleccao
Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk has announced that he will make changes to his team for Sunday's crucial match against Portugal.

The 60-year-old has come under intense scrutiny of late after the Oranje's disappointing start to the tournament, with two defeats from two games.

His decision to deploy two holding midfielders in the starting XI has received widespread criticism, and Van Marwijk has admitted that he will have to make some changes for the last group match.

"Normally we have a lot of creativity and we are fast at the front, but against Denmark and Germany it was not there," he told KNVB's official website.

"But this happens in football. We lost two games, so I have to change my squad for match against Portugal."
