The Bayern Munich star struggled with injury problems in the build-up to the tournament but played the full 90 minutes in die Mannschaft's 1-0 victory over Portugal on Saturday.
Coach Joachim Low is believed to be considering replacing Schweinsteiger with Bayern team-mate Toni Kroos against the Dutch due to fears over whether the 27-year-old is ready to play two games in the space of four days.
But speaking at the pre-match press conference at Metalist Stadium, Schweinsteiger was bullish about his performances and fitness.
"I'm fine, I feel really good and I'm very healthy," he said. "Of course I know I have played better. I know that, but it comes with games.
"In the first match [against Portugal] I felt very good physically. I will still get to my top form, I'm sure of that. I don't know when it will happen, but I feel very good.
"I was injured for a long time and it wasn't easy to get back to my top form. You have to analyse how you are playing individually but how the team plays is more important to me.
"I prefer that I have a poor game and the team wins, rather than having a really good game myself and the team loses. I play 100 per cent for the team."
Germany come in to the game knowing that victory over Bert van Marwijk's side will end the Oranje's chances of reaching the quarter-finals after they lost their opening match against Denmark.
The two countries have a fierce sporting rivalry but Schweinsteiger insists the Germans will stay focused on winning the game and securing their own passage to the next stage.
"We know that Netherlands are under a lot of pressure but we will focus on ourselves, we want to win this match," he added.
"Regardless of what happens, it will be a very tough game. The players are really looking forward to a classic like this and we're excited about [the game] tomorrow.
"It will be a very difficult game for us but I'm convinced we can make it. I don't feel any rivalry - I just feel we're playing a game against a very good team and I want to win the game. Situations in the past do not play any role for us."
Schweinsteiger also revealed he has been in touch with Netherlands winger Arjen Robben, his Bayern team-mate who missed a penalty in the Champions League final, via text message.
"Of course we've had contact," Schweinsteiger continued. "I often exchange text messages with Arjen and Frank Ribery. Whether he takes a penalty, I don't know! That's for the Dutch team to decide. We have a good goalkeeper who can save penalties."
