The Arsenal midfielder is eagerly anticipating his side's tournament opener, and feels the on-loan Zenit St Petersburg man is the one to watch in Friday's encounter
Rosicky feels there is no doubt that the attacking midfielder is Dick Advocaat's main man, and added that the Euro 2008 semi-finalists are the favourites to top Group A.
"When you watch matches of the Russian team, Andrey is still the key player in the national team too; there's no doubt about it. Andrey is still a great player, and there's no doubt he will represent an enormous danger for us," Rosicky stated to Uefa.com.
"If you're talking about the favourites for the group, that would be Russia. They have a very experienced team and play good football, so we definitely have the most difficult match in the group up first.
"The group does appear very even, but Russia, thanks to the experience in their team, will certainly be tough opponents."
Friday's match between the sides in Wroclaw kicks off at 20:45CET.
