The Arsenal midfielder has picked up a physical problem ahead of the international tournament, and his nation has called up a replacement as precautionary measure
The Arsenal player will visit a doctor to undergo further examination, before rejoining the national squad as they prepare for this summer's European championship.
"The muscle is not torn but it is necessary for me to consult a doctor. After that, all being well I will rejoin the squad," Rosicky told reporters.
Meanwhile, Bilek has opted to add Viktoria Plzen midfielder Vladimir Darida to the squad as precautionary measure.
"For the moment there is no great panic as regards the fitness of Rosicky. But if towards the end of the week Tomas is still not 100 per cent ready then Darida will be selected for the Euros, at the expense of an already selected player."
