TEAM NEWS: Italy make full-back changes but Antonio Cassano and Giuseppe Rossi lead the attack against Slovenia

With three points needed to confirm qualification for the Euro 2012 finals, Cesare Prandelli has altered things at the back for tonight's clash.
Italy coach Cesare Prandelli has made changes in both full-back slots, but goes with the same attacking unit which struggled against the Faroe Islands for tonight's Euro 2012 qualifier against Slovenia at the Artemio Franchi in Florence.

New Fiorentina signing Mattia Cassani and his former Palermo team-mate Federico Balzaretti replace Christian Maggio and Domenico Criscito as Italy look to secure the three points which would confirm their qualification for the finals in Poland and Ukraine next summer.

Slovenia start with four players who make their living in Italy, with Jasmin Handanovic, Bostjan Cesar, Bojan Jokic and Valter Birsa all making the first XI.

Italy (4-3-1-2): Buffon; Cassani, Ranocchia, Chiellini, Balzaretti; De Rossi, Pirlo, Thiago Motta; Montolivo; Rossi, Cassano.

Slovenia (4-4-2): J. Handanovic; Brecko, Suler, Cesar, Jokic; Birsa, Koren, Vrsic, Kirm; Novakovic, Matavz.
