Houston’s Reliant Stadium has sold out for tonight’s 2010 AT&T MLS All-Star Game featuring the best of Major League Soccer against Manchester United at 7:30 p.m. ET. For those unable to attend the match television coverage will be on ESPN2, Spanish-language on Galavision and in addition, ESPN Deportes Radio will cover the game in Spanish, as well.

More than 70,000 fans are expected to attend the game in Houston. The sell-out crowd will be among the highest attendance for an All-Star Game in a major U.S. sport.

Tickets for the game were purchased in 41 states and five countries.

Fans attending the game in Houston are urged to arrive at the stadium early to avoid traffic, long lines and possibly missing part of the beginning of the match. In previous friendlies featuring European teams, traffic problems delayed a number of fans from seeing the entire first half.

This is even more of an issue for a midweek game, as many will be heading over to the game and conflicting with regular work week traffic.

To entertain fans arriving early, Soccer Celebration, an interactive fan zone featuring live entertainment, autograph sessions by players, sponsor booths and giveaways, opens at 3 p.m. CT in Lot 18, just outside of the stadium.

With parking lots expected to fill up quickly, fans are also advised to take MetroRail, if possible, to the match.

The All-Stars roster, which varies every year, has defeated every foreign opponent, including Chelsea in 2006, except for last year, when Everton, led by American goalkeeper Tim Howard, survived a penalty shootout to claim the victory.
