Chile coach Marcelo Bielsa accepted that his side were not good enough to defeat Brazil, after the 3-0 loss to the Selecao knocked them out of the tournament.
Bielsa also had to answer questions about his future with la Roja and was admittedly frustrated with his side allowing Juan to open the scoring from a set piece.
"Our elimination is right. We would have had a better chance against a weaker nation, but against the superiority of Brazil, there is little one can do," Bielsa stated post-match to La Repubblica.
"Now is not the time to be discussing my future. I do not know what will happen. I cannot make that evaluation right now.
"Up until the first goal that we conceded, I thought we defended in an adequate manner. That goal frustrates me because my players knew about Juan's aerial prowess from set pieces," he added.
Brazil now take on the Netherlands in the quarter-finals.
